Shipping
We offer the following shipping options within the U.S.:
- Economy: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days via UPS/USPS.
- Standard: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days via UPS/USPS.
- Express: Place your order by Noon ET for same-day processing. Delivered within 2 to 3 business days via UPS.
- Priority: Place your order by Noon ET for same-day processing. Delivered within 1 to 2 business days via UPS.
Please allow up to 4 business days for order processing before your shipment leaves our warehouse.
Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Tracking
You can track your order using the Shipment Notification email, the Order Confirmation page, or the "Track Your Order" section on first-dty.com.
If the shipping carrier's tracking page shows no updates or movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand that carrier delays and issues can occur. In some cases, carriers may mark a package as "Delivered" even though it is still en route, with delivery often occurring within the next four business days.
If it has been more than four business days since the package was marked as "Delivered" and you still cannot locate it, please ensure you’ve checked around your delivery address. If the package is still missing, contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Please note that First Dry is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. At this time, we are unable to process reshipments or exchanges. Instead, you’ll need to place a new order once the funds from the initial purchase are returned.
If your package’s tracking information shows no movement or activity for more than five business days, please reach out to Customer Service so we can investigate.
